At Sesame & Jaggery, we take pride in the quality of our homemade food products. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

Order Cancellation

Before Preparation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before we begin preparation. A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

After Preparation Begins

Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible as our products are made fresh to order. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered
  • Quality issues: If the product is spoiled, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards
  • Missing items: If items from your order are missing
  • Delivery failure: If we are unable to deliver your order due to reasons attributable to us

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order is prepared
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable to receive delivery after multiple attempts
  • Products consumed or partially consumed
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Share photographs of the product if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • UPI/Wallet: 1-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This will be discussed and agreed upon with you before processing.
